Totally Spies inspired cake

Totally Spies is an animated show on TV that girls love. I went with the colors and the style of their "logo" and used it on a two tier cake.

One of the spies as a topper.

and a lipstick to complete the idea

Is it that time of the year again ??????

Is it Xmas already???!!!!! No, don't you worry.
A young girl asked me to make a Cake with a Santa holding Finland's flag. I have not asked about the reason behind this design, but I am sure there is one.
I love it when people are not afraid to be unconventional and do things out of the ordinary.

Christening cake

Bows and baby shoes, all in pink, white and some splashes of green.
Simple but still beautiful.
 Closeup of the shoe.

I added some buttons on the bottom tier as I felt it was too simple for me:)

under the sea

These cakes are always so beautiful to look at, in my opinion, that I'll post them any occasion I get.

doll cake

Doll cake in pink and violet as Christa requested.
I love this little girl's name. If I were to have  another girl someday, I would definitely name her Christa.

She was also supposed to have a hat, so I made her one:)
This is definitely one of my favorite princesses so far. I love it!

sink cake

 Introducing my bathroom sink:))

I was asked to make a sink cake, so here you have it. it looks just like mine, the only difference being that my tap is copper not silver.

Check out the water drainage, looks pretty realistic. It was a fun cake to make.

self explanatory again

dressed (this may be an improper word choice:))) in a white bathing suit.
Always wanted to try this triangle shaped tops. Much easier to make and looks great just as well.

As you can see these dark skin boobies are all about the money:)) US dollar and Euro signs painted on them.
a more explicit view:)

book cake & a little tip 4 you

Made for the author himself, Mr. Lucian Cristea, on his birthday, this being his latest book.
It was an honor to be chosen to make this cake.
The image is printed out on edible paper. And here is a little tip for you:
This is how I made my page lines on this book. I saw it on Cake boss a while back, when they made several Oprah magazines. They used this toothed decorating triangle to create the illusion of pages.
It actually works out great. You get straight and parallel lines this way.  I guess you can use a comb just as well. So watching TV can be a learning experience as well.
